I'm a curious, compassionate, and competent psychotherapist with years of advanced training and experience. I work effectively with individuals, relationships, and groups to help people understand themselves more deeply and express themselves more fully, moving in the direction of the lives they desire.

I have experience supporting people with different challenges, and across various identities and life stages. I have special experience working with queer/LGBT folks, and I operate from an anti-racist and anti-oppression mindset. I also bring to the table years of experience related to youth and primary education, both working with children and families, and school teachers, staff, and administrators.
